Your Internal Account Executive is your primary point of contact for loan processing and operational procedures and issues. The internals:

• Manage processes needed to support institutions
• Resolve school-based processing issues
• Assist with exception processing
• Fulfill school requests for specific reports
• Support our toll-free phone line for financial aid administrators

Your External Account Executive supports your school with educational services such as:

• Visits to your campus
• Educational training
• Introducing new products and services
• Participating in national, regional, and discipline-based conferences, as well as Access Group financial aid training workshops.
