Direct Disputes
To dispute any information on your credit report regarding Access Group accounts, please put in writing your Access Group account number, your name, your address, your telephone number, the loan or loans being disputed, what is being disputed, the basis of the dispute, and documentation supporting your dispute (i.e., copy of credit report, police report, account statements, etc.).
