Senior Project Manager-IT
Successful candidates will possess:
- This is a contract to hire position
- At least 10 years proven project management experience with functionality development, enhancements, client ceonversions and vendor upgrades.
- Strong SDLC methodology experience
- Technical background preferred
- Project Management Certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience in leading large, complex IT projects and delivering results on time, on budget, on scope, and on quality.
- Projects could include: loan servicing and efficiencies, automation, regulatory compliance including borrower disclosures, tracking borrower activities, varying payment options, or developing and implementing 3rd party loan servicing capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle large and complex or multiple smaller IT projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work within tight timelines for designated projects
- Must be extremely well organized and have the ability to be flexible
- Financial Services industry experience preferred particularly lending and/or credit.
- A self-motivator that plans and manages time well; ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills, with ability to interface at all levels of the organization
- Computer Proficiency: Adept at using MS Office suite and MS Project
- Flexibility performing a wide range of tasks, responding to changes in direction and priorities, and accepting new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
- Education - College graduate with Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with concentration in Information Systems/Sciences is preferred
- Interpersonal: Adept at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal colleagues and external contacts
Responsibilities:
- Deliver large, complex project results on time, on budget, on scope, and at the highest quality.
- Create and maintain project scope, estimates, plans, status reports, costs and budgets, and issue and change logs
- Define project deliverables and review for quality
- Monitor task and deliverable progress, and take corrective action as required
- Report project status to project sponsors, and company management
- Coordinate with other members of and Business Departments to ensure project dependencies are being addressed.
- Monitor adherence to standards and actively checking for accuracy of data received or generated before acting on it
- Cooperate among individuals and departments, sharing information and resources, and working to achieve group goals and outcomes

Collections Specialist (Full Time Evening)
Successful candidates will possess:
- This is a contract to hire position
- High School degree; College Degree preferred
- 6 Months-2 Years Collections/Call Center experience.
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent negotiation and listening skills.
- Student Loan, Banking, or Credit card call center experience a plus.
- Teamwork: Must be able to work effectively as a member of the Collections Team, and able to provide leadership needed to enhance development of team skills by direct reports.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making: Adept at making decisions that are consistent with achievement of organization's goals.
- Interpersonal: Adept at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal colleagues and external contacts.
- Organization/Attention to Detail: Job requires incumbent to maintain and keep track of numerous administrative projects, files, meetings, and schedules/appointments. Must be able to keep work well organized and stay on top of numerous details.
- Proficient with Windows operating system, web browsers, electronic mail, spreadsheet, and MS Office
- Familiarity with all basic office machines and 10-key calculators
- Ability to use standard office equipment
- Ability to learn additional PC software independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong facilitation skills required.
Responsibilities:
- Establish initial outbound contact with borrowers approximately 45 days before they go into repayment to introduce Access Group, discuss repayment options and answer borrower's questions.
- Inbound and outbound contact of past due borrowers and if appropriate analyze borrower's financial situation to offer best repayment solutions to meet the borrowers and Access Group needs.
- Ensure adherence to Federal Due Diligence for student loans, Best Practices for FDCPA other compliance regulations, and Access Group security policies
- Perform consistently to meet performance standards set by the department.
- Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned
- Adhere to customer service quality monitoring metrics.
- Assist Servicing department with return mail from the United States Postal Service.
